HPC Credit Union, Alpena, MI

HPC Credit Union offers competitive rates and are very easy to work with on loans. I acquired a loan and had the funds in my account within a few hours. The customer service is impeccable. Everyone is always eager to help and very friendly. I highly recommend this credit union for all your financial needs.

I love the electronic check deposit, it has saved us many miles to Alpena to make payroll check deposits. Ruth who answers the phone is extremely nice and thorough, to be able to make transfers from one account to another over the phone is very helpful for us. We have been members for many years now and hopefully will continue.

I bank at the west branch location and I couldn't ask for a better place to bank with! The crew is always smiling greets you as soon as you walk in the door with a smile. They are very prompt and help with whatever I need! I would recommend this bank to anyone

I have been a member at HPC credit union for 40 plus years. I found it very easy to see my credit union grow into two branch offices and heard that they are in West Branch and Mio. It is easy getting services such as my Visa and car loans.

Absolutely great credit union.would not think of going anywhere else. I have three accounts with HPC two private accounts in a business account. Every time I go there they greet me like they haven't seen me in a year. Their employees are very knowledgeable, very kind and very helpful five stars guys. Great job!.

HPC is a wonderful credit union with friendly and helpful staff. Everyone is professional and always ask if there is anything else they can do for you. I have been an HPC client for 35 years with a savings and checking account. On the rare occasions I needed to contact customer service, staff was exemplary with service and very accommodating and kind. I live across the state and have for years but have found a Credit Union that has a reciprocal agreement with HPC here in Traverse City where I can cash checks and put directly in HPC through them. My paychecks go direct deposit in HPC as well. Excellent service.
