My loan process went smoothly but my issue is not that. My issue is the referral fee that the company stresses. I don't know how many they've honored but with me they didn't. The reason was because it didn't get mentioned during my friends loan process which is untrue. It didn't get entered into the system because the staff didn't do their job and enter it during the loan process. So I call about it and was told it's too late it needed to be done during the loan process. This is where my irritation comes in......either you do your job thoroughly and honor the referral fee or don't even mention there is one. Honesty always brings people back and you don't mind referring others!!

The person who called me wasn’t friendly at all. She asked me a million questions and was upset when I didn’t know things like my exact car mileage without going to look at my odometer. When I gave her the reading she didn’t believe that my car could have such low miles and she was very condescending about it. I aborted the call after the 8th time she talked to me like I was a 5 year old child. I won’t work with a company that treats their customers that way.

This place thrives off robbery. With this company you can not pay solely on your principal unless it is the same day as your scheduled payment. Otherwise they will always take interest out in extra made payments.
