Consumers Credit Union, Battle Creek, MI

We are recent members of the credit union but so far are extremely impressed. The staff we have dealt with have been friendly, professional, and very good at their jobs. We're considering moving other accounts here because of this. Keep up the good work!

Morgan is the most friendly and helpful person I’ve ever met while at a credit union . Every single time I go in she’s ready and willing to help. She’s VERY patient and VERY polite. Even to the customers who are EXTREMELY impatient and down right rude. I will continue using this location as long as I’m around to do so. 10/10 best credit union experience to have (:

Excellent customer service, I love the battle creek office! I have my business account here and many other accounts. Everyone at the battle creek office is very cheerful and helpful each and everytime I walk in. I also love the online banking app as it is very convenient for my business if I can't make it to the credit union.
