I applied for mortgage loan he responded at first then weeks and months went by nothing, I called all the local flagstars got no help at all, I talked to someone in portage left 2 messages and left message for maneger still nothing. I called Mr Green several times emailed and messaged in the app again no answers no help. I moved on got a loan through someone else and buying home all in one month . Never use this bank very terrible service and. Customer care

I just opened a checking account at Flag Bank. I had a great experience with Julia Wedding. She was very kind and friendly and also Mike. I don’t know his last name but I could give him a last name Expert because he knows lots of things most people don’t know. He helped me set up cash App even it wasn’t his job. I felt great and welcome. Thank you both! I would recommend this location (W Columbia and Helmer rd)to family and friends.
