Honor Credit Union - Urbandale, Battle Creek, MI

I absolutely love my bank. The people that work there never fail to greet me with a smile, a warm hearted hello, and a genuine interest in me, beyond my finances. I feel like walking into a group of friends whenever I turn in my paycheck!! They all deserve a raise. :)

This location is my go-to! I love when I get Karista as my teller, she is always friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming, & helpful! Any time I have had a question she is able to answer it. I have had other banks/credit unions in the past & Honor blows them out of the water. They really make you feel as though they care. I will always use this credit union & recommend it to family & friends!

March 11, 22 Choose to go to Urbandale CU Went inside for service. Was met by Heather Powell, with a Beautiful Smile. I had several transactions, and her kindness carried over with each one. After the first transaction; we started with the next. I also needed a print out page for the 2nd account, with its information. She was so helpful and finally she made sure I didn’t leave my envelope with $ on the counter, as grocery shopping, on a Friday would have been a fail. Truly considering going to Urbandale Credit Union from now on. Even though it’s across town. It was well worth the Great Service and care that I received. A Big Thanks to Heather’s above and beyond Service. She’s what I call “A Keeper” Thanks to all at “ Urbandale Credit Union! Mrs. Rollenhagen.

I called in to set up an appointment to open a few accounts for my wife, daughter and I and we had a great experience. Ashlee was very helpful and informative about the different types of accounts available and assisted us with picking the right one for each of us. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a local credit union. One other thing that helped us decide to go with Honor Credit Union is the multiple locations. We are very pleased with our choice.

The cashier's are very friendly and know the customers by name. They go out of there way to do whatever is possible to solve your problem.recommend to everyone.

I used one of their new ATM machines and it locked the card in the slot and would not come out. I called their after hours number and was told sorry but because of the holiday weekend it would be locked in the ATM for the next 4 days. I was told it would be 100% safe until they opened up and then staff could get it back for me. I go in this morning and now am told my card was stolen and it's basically not their problem. So I'm out the money that was stolen off my card. I'm just begging everyone to remember the kind of customer service they offer here. That being " it's not their problem"

I would recommend Honor to any of my loved ones who are looking for a lender or credit union that is personable, responsive, and offers competitive rates and deals. I chose Honor for my mortgage because: 1. they had the best rates while I was shopping. 2. They were the most responsive and personable. I approached 3 other credit unions and they were all slow to respond, reluctant to meet in person, and not communicative in the same manner as Honor. 3. I’m a first time home buyer and they were patient with me from the first conversation, answering all my questions and helped me walk thru the emotions of such a big life event. Mary Remynse and Mary Ann Evans (retired) specifically went above and beyond to ensure this process was smooth and easy for me. We had a lot to do in a short amount of time (under one month) and we got it done and closed on time. Their closing gifts were also a thoughtful touch. I’m so grateful for how it all worked out. I love Honor !! Since moving to Battle Creek the Helmer Rd. location has been very helpful and consistantly going above and beyond my expectations. Most recently Katie was a huge help with an auto loan. I appriciate the great work that goes on at Honor Credit Union!
