I went to One Main for a loan. Elisha was amazing. Very knowledgeable about my loan and the products that come with the loan. It was smooth and easy. My loan specialist guided me through the entire process. Anyone looking for a personal loan, GOT TO ONE MAIN!

My experience with one main has been good. I'm rebuilding my credit, from a rocky past, & one main is working with me, in making it possible. I wanted/needed to consolidate a few things, & one main helped in that effort. The representatives I've worked with have been helpful, professional & kind.

Very professional. I believe it was Shannon who helped me. Very easy process. Paid my car off and lowered my monthly payment by 75.00 with another 400 cash in my pocket.

Very fast, very professional, all virtual. Money was deposited quickly after turning in the requested documents. I was able to link to my bank account so there wasn’t a lot of paperwork required and then just signed the e-docs which they went over with me on the phone. This is my second loan from OneMain. I highly recommend it.

Don't do it! If you borrow 10k you will repay almost double! If you have financial problems this will only make it worse! If you are 1 day behind on your payment you will get 7 calls per day! Try to have a family member help you or figure out something else. I regret every day going through One Main. I would not recommend or ever do it myself again

This place is overworked. When you apply for a loan online and finish sending in your proofs, they do not get back with you. I have been calling to find out anything at all and I either get a voicemail or someone who answers and tells me the person working on my file is unavailable and they will let them know I called. They are very annoyed if you call them. And I have yet to hear back. Gave two stars only because the online application was easy.

Representative was professional helped with all my needs also explained everything about the loan what could add on the loan as well.
