This place and the owner is a joke. He’s rude and not helpful in any way. The office is like a dungeon and he will argue and over talk you. Can’t speak proper English. And chews gum with his mouth open the whole time he’s talking. Do not recommend

If I could do 0 stars then I would. After waiting over a month for my return, I called and found out that it was issued to the WRONG BANK! They put my routing number in wrong and was rejected back to the IRS and will be mailed to me in the beginning of June. I have to move in 2 weeks, I hit a deer with my van and need a new one and that money was going to help with all of that and now I won't even have it on time! I paid $275 and they didn't do their job correctly! I will never use liberty tax again and will NEVER recommend them to anyone! I am so mad that I'm shaking and I will be demanding a full refund of my $275
