I love the Belding branch! The ladies are always polite and have very friendly attitudes. They always are ready to help me, regardless of my needs. I always appreciate the smiles!

No ATM the Greenville or Belding branches. Bad service. Limited capability on the mobile app. If you are living in 1997 Russia, this is a great bank.

Great bank. Its been my bank for years. My only complaint is no ATM's at either the Belding or Greenville Branch, Or I would of gave them 5 Stars.

Christine from preferred called me and got me going to set up my online banking but right now it's so busy I'll try later.Thanks again Christine for you help I really appreciate it.

No wonder this place has low star reviews... no one knows what they are doing in this bank... over an hour wait just to get a signature put on a title.... stay clear of here.

This is the first Bank that I've used. I've got family members that have gone through bank for several years now. The ladies at the Belding branch are very kind and knowledgeable. Keep up the great work guys

This place is going downhill day by day. Time to start finding another bank to use because this place is completely incompetent. Paid my car payment before the holiday weekend, and on Saturday they charged me a second time for my car payment. Not behind, don’t owe anything extra but they sure found a way to screw me right during the holiday weekend.

The ladies are all very helpful! Special thanks to donnika for helping us be prepared for vacation. She went above and beyond.
