I am very satisfied with the service I have received at the local Benton Harbor MI Check 'n Go. There has been a turnover in personnel this year, and I have to say it has been very successful. The two new people are very customer service oriented, answer any questions and seem to be very efficient.

Kaja is the sweetest customer service representative I have ever encountered she's helpful when I don't understand something she explains it in terms I can understand. No matter how her day is going she doesn't take her frustrations out on her customers. I gave her five stars because honestly she deserves it if I could give her more than five I would.
