The only time these people are nice to you is when they want you to open an account or tried to move an account to them. Other than that they are always so rude. Such horrible customer service and they won’t do more than they have to.

I have to say, my first call to this bank on my new vehicle loan was nothing short of amazing! I was having some difficulties updating the insurance with my insurance company, and John actually too take time to not only help me but actually update it for me!! I was blown away to find someone that helpful. You just don't get that kind of customer service anymore. Now I'm considering switching banks!! Thank John!

Honor made an error in a check they mailed via my bill pay. Result was a very unhappy & threatening vendor who did not get paid. It WAS an HONOR error & they did a terrible job of handling it for us. In fact, problems continue now into March 2023 & they tell me to fix it myself. Now they seemingly made it worse by issuing an unauthorized payment and they cannot see the payment, so again they tell me to handle it. Mistakes happen but failing to accept responsibility & sticking it to the account holder is not a way to resolve or to make happy account holders. Very poor service on this matter.
