I have had nothing but a positive experience here! They are great people doing what they do best and this new manager is 100% the right choice. Very personable and friendly. Unlike some other places where you feel looked down upon for needing their service. She deserves a bonus!

I've gotten loans twice now at the Big Rapids locations and both times it was fast and easy! The employees were both extremely friendly and so helpful! It's so good to know they're here for me when I need them!!
