Love this bank been there for year and their always there to help

Couldn't be more satisfied with their business banking service. They are attentive, cheerful, and always willing to go out of their way to help. I never fail to drive away with a smile on my face. For those that complain about the people in the drive-thru taking too long, yes that is probably me, you have my apologies.

Definitely wouldn't take time off work to accomplish anything financial here. They will lie to your face, will drag their feet, Then basically laugh ( manager included) at you when you raise an eyebrow. Bank elsewhere. By far the most terrible experience I've ever had with a bank in my life. And that is saying alot.

Awful, they deserve a negative 10. The people that work here obviously don't know their job or just lie to not have to deal with things. I called and had the person tell me one answer and then after pushing her because I knew she was wrong, she changed her answer & tried to explain her way out of the lie. DO NOT BANK HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Litterally the slowest drive thru service you will ever experience, I usually end up leaving after a 5 minute wait and going to Meijer or coming back when there is no one else in line. I have a feeling that has more to do with the customers and their lengthy transactions that should be done inside vs. the drive thru and that's not the employees fault. They are all really nice and helpful. Just wish there were more restrictions on what can be and can't be done when using drive thru services so that the people who legit need to get the hell outta there could, without waiting 10 minutes each time.

I have a personal account at a different bank that I no longer want to do business with. I have a business account with Huntington but I’m not from the area. They didn’t have the time to take my bag full of cash and open a new personal account for me while i was in town passing through. Off to find a bank that has time for their customers without an appointment. Yes i can open an account within a few minutes online but I have not figured out a way to get the phone to deposit the cash. 🤷🏻‍♂️ unfortunately the closest branch to home is 50 miles away.

Setting up my savings account was made easy by all the nice staff working here and my banker was very professional and kind throughout my appointment here.

Super polite tellers. Overheard all of them saying, "Please" and "thank you". Bravo. Good training.
