I have been banking here for years. Staff is amazing! They have lots to offer their costumers. Had a car loan once here. I recommend banking here.

Friendly staff at the drive through but every time I go inside lately the teller is quite rude. Sighing when I ask to get change for my business. Then tells me they have no pennies. No apology for not having what I need, just a shrug and a look of disgust. I wouldn't go back here except this is where my business does it's banking. No stars for inside but 5 stars for drive through.

Went in to open a checking and savings as my current credit union doesn't have any local branches. They said only requirement was to know your social security number and to have an ID with an address in a participating county. Their system Kept crashing and lady kept asking for my info over and over... SS# and tel.# so thats the reason I took one star off because you would expect to have no glitches in the system for a financial institution. Checking is either $2 a month or $4 for one that offers benefits like life insurance. The savings is a one time $5 fee plus a mandatory $5 to keep in your account at all times. The checking fee is waived for the 1st month but the $ 10 savings they want right off the bat. They offer creditcards but decided against one as they offer no cash-back or rewards so no thanks. All in all staff was friendly and if not for outdated computers and no rewards on credit cards it was a smooth process.

Worst credit union I ever encountered. Rude staff. It's a shared branch or community first Federal credit Union. I will drive out of my way to avoid west michigan. I'm surprised they don't charge you to walk in the door. I give negative 10 stars.
