Without Tim Lopez and the entire group of professionals at Livingston Lending, I would not be a homeowner today. And, Tim didn't stop assisting me after the closing. He worked with me within a specific time frame so that I was able to refinance my mortgage at a much lower interest rate, saving me a considerable amount of money in finance charges. I highly suggest Tim Lopez and Livingston Lending to anyone buying a home.

We recently purchased our new home through Livingston Lending via Tim Lopez. Tim made the process seamless, answered questions and helped guide us through every step. He was professional, patient and knowledgeable. The mortgage process can be intimating and overwhelming at times but Livingston Lending and Tim navigated us through every turn. Very happy!! The purchaser of my home used Livingston Lending, Tim Lopez. Was by far the worst experience. We were told 3 different Fridays and finally a Wednesday, that we were cleared to close. 2 hours before scheduled closing on a Friday, Tim stated the lender needed another document, which would postpone closing yet again. Took until Wednesday the following week to have his documents in order. From an original closing date of October 13, 2020 , finally closed November 19th. If you think you're dealing locally, think again. The lender was in California. Communication with Tim was deplorable. Favorite saying was, should be soon, and definitely by tomorrow. I would recommend going anywhere else for your mortgage!!

Most unethical lender I’ve ever used. Shared my personal info with a 3rd party without my approval. Communication was horrible the entire time. Do not use Tim Lopez . Go elsewhere!
