The people at the Buchanan branch are excellent at their jobs. I have had no complaints since I joined UFCU , they are efficient and friendly. Breanna, Kelly, Zoey , Denise, and others have all been so helpful , great team!!!!

I have been a member of UFCU for a number of years and find their staff to be very friendly and professional. I like doing my transaction at the bank and not online because of the people.

Their ATM has been broken for WEEKS and they don’t open until 9. They also close at 5. How is ANYONE that has a job supposed to use your bank? Not to mention horrible customer service. I’m switching banks
