We ended up switching lenders. Messages were unclear and sporadic. Unprofessional at times. Religious and at one point asked if the house we are buying wasn't "meant to be".

Horrible service. First time I sat in her office there was 2 one shooter bottles of fireball in her trash can. That should've thrown a red flag for us. Then they kept dragging in on asking for the same documentations we sent them 2 to 3 different times. Finally got tired of it after a year of them giving us a run around. Horrible service in my eyes. Wouldn't recommend to anyone

They drag everything on and take months go get anywhere asking for the same info over and over then blame you for it being drug on. Do not recommend. Wasted a year with them and got nowhere.
