I have been using this bank for many years. All the workers are very great at what they do and they train new employees amazing and train them well. Any time I had an issues with anything they fix or took care of it right away. I never had any issues in the drive through or in the lobby.

I have been banking with WCCU for at least 7 years and for the better part of those 7 years I had zero issues/complaints. Over the past 12-18 months I have been a victim of fraud twice. They have not frozen my accounts or caught the fraud either of those times, yet they have put a hold on my accounts multiple times after purchases I had made without any type of contact or notice to me in regards of frozen account. The last straw was when I attempted to make an online purchase early on Black Friday and having my account frozen - I am thoroughly dissatisfied with WCCU.

I have been using this place for all of my buisness banking for over two years. I have not had a single issue and will continue to use them. All of the staff is friendly!

They let people take money out of your account you didn't authorized THEY WONT GIVE IT BACK
BUY IF WE TOOK MONEY FROM THEM WITHOUT THEM AUTHORIZING IT
WE GO TO PRISON FOR STEALING
IM SINGLE DISABLED MOTHER OF 4 I PAY 300 OR EVEN 400
IN FEES OR TRANSACTIONS I DO NOT MAKE

I've had a personal checking and savings account at WCCU for several years. I've never had an issue with them. Always polite tellers, they do their best to serve you. Some people are just never happy with anything. And to the person complaining that they don't have an account there and they won't break bills for you, yep that's how it works at every bank. Back in the 80's any bank would give you change regardless of whether you had an account with them or not. Go figure, things change over time.

Tried to withdraw money through shared branching at the drive-thru. Was told my account was frozen due to transaction limit. I called my CU and they told me that wasn't the case, that WCCU was logging in wrong. Said WCCU should call by CU and they would help them login correctly. I went back to WCCU, told them, but they wouldn't call my CU. Not willing to help me at all. So I went down the road to West Michigan CU and they did my transaction with no problems. Never again WCCU!!!!

Very poor customer services. Never seem to take responsibility for their poor banking services. Recommend going to another bank. Leaving after 22 years of membership.
