Frankenmuth Credit Union Caro Branch, Caro, MI

This credit union does not work with members or try to help them, they would not finance a car for me yet another credit union had no issue financing me. They will not give me a loan, again another credit union has no issue giving me a loan. I don't understand why they cannot help their members but other credit unions have no problem giving me what I need.

Love this bank. Helped me thru a lot of hard times and they are very nice people. Wouldn’t bank anywhere else.

Getting poor on customer service, the feel of the small town credit union is leaving.

Amazing customer service, very modern looking branch, & the easiest membership sign-up I've ever experienced!!! The whole staff is friendly, courteous and genuinely care for their members but Kelly Wright goes out of her way, above and beyond to exceed your expectations!!! I would recommend them for all of your banking needs!!!

A pleasant experience. I am not a member, but they still assisted me with notarization services. Very cozy sitting area/lobby too.

I have a mortgage and other loans with Frankenmuth Credit Union. I frequently visit different branches to do my banking. Although it's more convenient to go to Caro I would not recommend it to anyone. They are very rude and condescending. I will be going elsewhere from now on.
