The people that work here are awesome! Very personable and you feel like family. Could not be happier with this small town feel with big city offering credit union.

Confrontational customer service, questionable policies. Would not recommend to anyone who requires modern banking.

Wonderful place and the girls are sweet!!

Always has been a delightful credit union! The girls are always pleasant and friendly! My only concern is that when you call on the phone, it is extremely hard to get someone to talk to!!! The phone will either ring non-stop or just hang up on you🤷‍♀️ They should add a feature to their phone lines that puts the customer on hold with some elevator music until the call can be answered! They do offer a call back, but that's not a realistic option because if you work, then in reality, you probably won't be able to take the call🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️ So ya super frustrating!!! But aside from their phone system, the girls are always a delight!! P.S. Working with Amanda and Chris from Carson City is always a delight ❤️

Just had a terrible encounter with bank teller Amanda at the Carson City location, she was very confrontational and just seemed to want to refuse service for no apparent reason!! I came in to buy 50 cent pieces after having called and double checked if that was possible and being told it was fine by another bank teller, Amanda said I had to have an account so I said okay I'd become their customer and open a savings account. That seemed to annoy Amanda for some reason and after taking some info and making me wait awhile Amanda goes and talks to her manager and says whatever to her and comes out and refused me a SAVINGS account because I wanted to buy 50 cent pieces????? She didn't have a reason, my family banks here!! Who gets denied a savings account!!! She just seemed to not like me or was in a bad mood and took it out on me!! Would love the owner to review video footage 01/17/2023 at around 10 AM and explain why I was refused service!!

The ladies that work here are very awesome, smart and kind!! We highly recommend this place
