The Cass City branch staff is always smiling and ready to take care of each customer as we walk in the branch. The tellers are amazing at taking ownership of customer issues and always promptly greet us as we walk in the door or arrive at drive thru. Kudos!

The Cass City IB tellers would benefit from customer service training. If you don't know or can't listen to the customer, check with your manager for direction. When we finally got connected with the Customer Service Manager - she saved the day and couldn't have been more helpful - 5 stars for her!

They used to be really nice and friendly, but the new tellers they've been getting aren't so good. I'm about to close my accounts and switch to Frankenmuth credit union.
