I'm very very satisfied with dealing with this local bank system. I needed a fast home equity loan so i could bid on a retirement condo. They approved the loan applacation that included an appraisal of my present home in 8 days. Other banks wanted 4 weeks. They were so easy and friendly to work with and offered up several ideas to help me get a great interest rate.

I've only been with a few years but, they have ALWAYS been extremely helpful & personable. I have never had a bad experience either in person or via phone.

Terrible customer service! Tried to call to see if I was on an account for a relative the person that took my call was rude and had no skills dealing with people over the phone!
