Lake Trust Credit Union, Chelsea, MI

I was ignored when reaching out from web page. Then visiting this branch was treated rudely and offered absolutely zero help. I will be looking to transfer my business elsewhere. I have been a member here for most of my adult life. Never had experiences like this. This is the LAST auto loan I will ever take at Lake Trust! Update! A manger called me and while more polite no more helpful. Because they would not rewrite a loan, I had closed on Friday, on the following Monday they cost me $149. What a way to treat a 30 year plus member. If I could give them ZERO stars I would. This is NOT the credit union I started with. I will be moving this loan ASAP along with the rest of my business. They simply do not care about customer service. Their only concern is the almighty dollar.

broken half the time, the wait at the atm to do a simple deposit takes at least 5 to 10 minutes.... good luck if you’re in line grab a snack

Best loan rates around. Not only do they save me money, but their staff is very friendly and always very informative and helpful. I've been at 3 banks now and can say without a doubt they got it going on.
