I feel like they have a problem with black people

I deal with 2 of the most respected customer service representative at this branch. Kim & Shay do such great work with customers not only with me, but I have been in the branch when they were waiting on customers before me and the response after they get through with them, the customers are always extremely happy when they leave. Recommend this credit union to everyone.

I'm very happy to be a patron of the Chesterfield Branch. The customer service is second to none. I entered the building to here "Hey Mike!" Kim, from greeted me with a smile, asked me how I'd been, and then after a brief interaction, helped me with my daughter's account. We needed to get my daughter a debit card. She then introduced me to the lady in the office who happily took care of all our needs. Everything was done with smiles, and positivity. Throughout the process, we were informed of all options and what would be best for our current situation. My wife and I are very pleased with the entire interaction.

Jamie, Kristen, Eric, Cassie, and Janice are the best . They have always gone above and beyond in their approach to customer service. I drive 16 miles , pass 2 other branches because of their knowledge and helpfulness with mine's and my mom's accounts.
