Genisys Credit Union, City of the Village of Clarkston, MI

This whole branch was very friendly and helpful. Huge props to Beverly J for being a super hero on my boat loan. I literally went into the office with Boat Hull ID, my phone and wallet seeking a same day boat loan. Less then an hour later I was walking out with the check for the dealer. On a Saturday no less. This branch isn't super close to my house but it may have to become the branch of choice!

Amanda at the Sashabaw Clarkston branch is AMAZING. She goes out of her way to greet me and always helps me with any issues. She remembered my name right away and always makes a point to help me if needed even if I am with another teller. She is knowledgeable, friendly and goes above and beyond. Chessa also is a standout at this branch. She is quick to help and friendly as well. Even when it is out the way for me, I travel a bit further to transact my business at this branch. 5 Stars all the way!

I continue to be impressed with Genisys. The entire staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. Tremendous job being done at the Sashabaw branch, with special thanks to Amanda, who helped me on my most recent visit.

Absolutely can't say enough about how great everyone is at Genisys Credit Union. I am so happy I started doing all my banking with them. They are easy to communicate with and all very friendly. Recently refinanced my mortgage through them and Lynn Dillon and her team were absolutely wonderful. Everything went smooth and closed quickly. Thank you so much Genisys, you are the best!

I love my credit union!! Genisys Credit Union has the best service! I have gone to at least 5 different branches and I've never been disappointed. They are always so pleasant and helpful, whether you're just cashing a check, looking to get a car loan or deciding what is the best financial strategy for your money, they will sit down and walk you through the process. I'm so glad I became a member there. I feel like I have a friend and a personal financial advisor in Beverly J. She is great!

I went up to the teller counter, and Joe recommended a better product. I was impressed that he took the time to help me consider a better option. He immediately talked with Troy (Taljonick), who walked me through the account changes. Great customer service!!

3 months in a row I have had issues with male drive through attendant applying payments to wrong accounts, and in the wrong amounts. Must watch your deposits at this location.
