Bank literally anywhere else, was scammed out of $100 on a fake product and they tell me I am responsible for knowing if it’s fake or not. That’s kinda the point the fake products, to look real enough to sell as real. They refused to give me money back, I was scammed and this bank refused to protect me and my money, go anywhere else, somewhere that respects your money.

WORST BANKING INSTITUTE EVER!!! flagged my debit card for no reason, couldn't get gas. Then I tried transferring money to another account and that was a no. All the while caressa was laughing at my frustration. Horrible customer service

Only place I do business. That's my and quite a few of people think the same way. Friendly,good service, willing to help you do whatever you need. Help you achieve your financial goals with you in mind and best results.

Only good for dragging their feet and screwing people over. My advice is don't even approach them in the first place. You can do a lot better... just about anywhere.

They remediated a situation very quick and efficient. Happy I didn't cancel my accounts because members first is a great bank. Sometimes the employees are not very smart but it happens everywhere.

If you're in Clare and need a quick trip through the drive thru, save yourself some time and drive to the Mt. pleasant branch

Very beautiful building people are very helpful even though it's always very busy when I go.
