The ladies are always courteous and professional (even when some customers are less than respectful) and when there are delays, they make sure to let you know that you haven't been forgotten. Latrice is a sweetheart and she greets me with a winning smile and kind words whenever I need to do business there. The little things DO matter and are truly appreciated. I highly recommend THIS location.

There is one young last there who. Is so very nice and professional. There was a time I was there and it was more busy than usual. And she kept her cool and stayed professional. Even some customers were being a little impatient. She acknowledged you when you entered the store. I don't think it should ever be a time when an employee is expected to ever work alone.Because of that reason. You never know what can happen??

This place is ghetto to the T. They will have you running back and forth to get a PRINTED direct deposit form and when it’s not the right one they roll their eyes. This place needs to fire everyone on their team for real. It’s ridiculous you deal with customer service with such a salty attitude. Will definitely be not returning . They frown so much it really makes everyone ugly here.

Very unprofessional, playing and giggling all the time I was here. Gave me a hard time processing my loan Lattice held me up for two hours playing with her co-workers. I will be calling corporate to complain.
