Listen, the real estate industry is filled with awful people. And let's be real- lenders have a bad rep (and a lot of the time, deservedly so). I never made a review here until I was able to use Team Lisa myself for my own transaction, and I couldn't recommend them any higher. Listen, if you want a mortgage lender that only works 9-5, returns your calls within a business day or two, and a rotating staff of people you have to talk to for an answer, then maybe go somewhere else. BUT. If you want someone who cares deeply and personally about your home buying JOURNEY- a team that truly works together (not individually) to get you to your closing, who are all informed about exactly what's happening with you, who will take your call whenever it is possible, who has 20+ years in the business, who has incredible customer care even AFTER the transaction- AFTER they get paid- then Lisa and her team are for you. Don't settle for your current lender- go with the best!
