Check got declined. One of the account managers told us we would have to wait on a “legal copy” which would come in the mail between 3-4 days and its been almost two weeks. Called the service number and get transferred from one person to another. Had one person tell use the money is in the account when indeed it is most definitely not. Nobody knows what’s going on and half the people we have spoken to had broken English. Considering closing my account already and I’ve only had it for 6 weeks.

I have used only this bank 🏦 for at least 35 years and have no use for any other banks,you can't beat the caring and respectful employees, they are all absolutely amazing.. …
