I am a loyal customer and have used the check cashing service the company offers for years but after going to the store at 2646 jefferson, I think it is time I find another establishment. The cashier Loren Lewis was very unprofessional and rude. She refused to service me because I called her out on her rudeness and ineffectiveness. Although she thought her refusal was a dig at me, it actually cost the company money and customers because they're not the only business that offers check cashing services. I only have this problem at this store, which means its not the company but the employee. They are very condescending and act as if they are not happy with their employment. After the level of disrespect I recieved today, I will never spend another dime or recommend anyone to any of their establishments until they hire useful and friendly employees.

Unprofessional very rude and it should be posted everywhere that they will not take checks that are 15 days old
