Probably the worst bank in michigan they screw up the the transactions by double charging and throw your account in negative balance and charge a overdraft fee then remove the double charge and refuse to remove the fee and they always have rude customer service over the phone

ATMs are frequently not working. The quality of the bank has went down since First Merchants Bank took over.

Their atm NEVER WORKS!! Glad I have to pay fees to use other atms. Time for a new bank!!

No posted notice of their lack of lobby hours.

They closed their Petersburg Branch abandoning the people of Petersburg. Anybody that uses that ATM at the VFW is supporting their abandonment. Big middle finger to ya Last Merchants Bank!
