My in-laws have had bank accounts at the other bank and my wife and I needed a form notarized. The other bank said 'no, we had to be customers, even if we were from out of state'. We walked across the street to this wonderful Huntington Bank. The first person we met was happy to notarize our paperwork even though we were from out of state and had no account with them. And the same person even happily faxed my paperwork for us. So cool. I like that they have two parking lots.
