John Webb was my agent for a note sell. I mostly appreciated how he stayed in communication with me via emails and phone calls to keep me updated on the process. Their fees were fair and what I expected. Also, closing was actually fun. John had organized everything so closing was quick and easy. I will certainly use them again.

We had an extremely smooth experience selling a mortgage to FNAC. Tammy Terres was patient, kind and always available to answer weeks of questions from us! When we finally made a decision, the closing was quick and painless. I had also contacted several other companies to get comparable offers, but FNAC got our business and we have had no regrets.

This company should be investigated for bait and switch. You can't offer someone a price to get them interested and then when everything, including the appraisal looks good, come back and offer 50pct. I'm a real estate professional and will never do business with this company again. Buyer beware.

This process was fast and easy. The agent did everything to accommodate me. The price paid to me was fair, I suppose. It took away a big headache for me. Thank you.

I sold the note on my lake lots that I had done an owner financing on. They offered me a fair price and made the whole process fast and easy. They even sent a mobile notary to my house for the closing. I would highly recommend this company.

04 Nov 2023 I have completed my deed of trust sale. collected my agreed upon purchase price last week, and collect my last payment from that deed today. Tammy Terres was the primary employee I dealt with. I am 100% satisfied with the results' notary was complete at about 1100 hours on the West coast , and I received my deposit wire from the East coast the following day at like 1100 hours. There is a three hour difference in time. I did wait until this transaction was totally completed before giving it a 5 star rating, Job well done by First National Acceptance Company , and all employees involved.

Joe Burns the man who initially reached out with me and helped facilitate the loan transfer process was very professional & articulate Also easy to deal with. I feel that the whole entire process went smooth and would definitely consider doing business with First National acceptance bank again

I had a great experience with FNAC, especially Tammy. My file was picked up by Tammy and she did a great job from start to finish keeping me updated and staying on top of the file. Very smooth process, once we got the green light I was funded the same week. As far as the offer: I got a few offers for my land contract and these folks blew them out the water. Highly recommend anyone to go with first national!
