The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful, but Kylie always brightens my day. I look forward to seeing her every time I come into the branch. She’s so accommodating and radiates happiness. Embers, and their employees, truly set the bar for customer service.

Embers Credit Union Employees are all so friendly and always have a smile on there faces, if your going through the drive through or walking into the lobby. The loan officers we have dealt with over the years have always been very helpful and are always looking at getting us the best rates and are very caring and understanding.

All the colleagues have always been so friendly and helpful! Scott, the branch manager, is very knowledgeable and accommodating. He makes the process for applying for loans are opening accounts easy and seamless.

Scott & the team here are great at handling all my banking needs. I have been with him for over 20 years and he has always helped me through loans, credit cards and financing questions. Wish I could give more stars! -Kyle

Stranded in Phoenix without the credit for an unforseen $1000 deposit on a prepaid car rental. One call, 15-20 minutes, 2 emails, credit extended, on our way. THE BEST!! Got an excellent rate on our house. First time buyers and thru process they were patient, concise, quick, and all went so smooth. When they were Delta county credit union, they were amazing. The switch over/buyout customer service was lacking, long lines. Now it's back to a well oiled machine!

The customer service here is far beyond what you can find at Baybank. Kindness with a smile. Cheyene is always helpful
