Spoke Steven Janowitz, he is very unprofessional and rude. There is Home Equity loan with the company since 1997, they are not reporting on the credit union, he refused to give mailing address for pay off, he refuse to give pay off over the phone as well. He call back no caller ID reporting, and when you call the company he answers like its his personal line.

Just to clue you in. They do not report to the credit bureaus so all the payments that you make on time will not go towards your good credit score.

Be careful!!!! They don't report your credit and you will be left a 0 credit score if this is your only payment!!!!
