When it came time to buy out the lease on my car, I was advised to go to LOC Credit Union. Sure enough, joining was a breeze, and the interest rates couldn't be matched anywhere. But the best part was the friendly, helpful way I was supported throughout the process. My loan specialist, Chelsea Roberts, was amazing. This was a first time experience for me, so I needed someone like Chelsea to guide me through the process. She explained everything with great patience, and went the extra mile to make sure the loan was exactly what was best for me. I'm delighted with the outcome, and recommend it to anyone looking to do the same thing.

Christine Biers is to be commended for her outstanding level of attention and service during my most recent LOC experience. My son was involved in an out of state collision in September. There was a note due to LOC for the unpaid balance. Christine was able to approve me for a new loan on his replacement vehicle before the claim was settled for his not at fault total loss. She took great care to keep me informed every step of the way. I would recommend both Christine and LOC to anyone who might read this review !!

We just purchased a Home in Michigan. Bill Cook out of the Brighton LOC office worked with us on our mortgage. Bill Cook & his staff (Jody) were incredible to work with! Incredible is an understatement. We closed in record time ( 17 days from our first phone call, 17 days total, including weekends). We were informed of options, every single thing they said they would do they did, on time or early..... AND....AND.... they gave us by far the best rate available. NOBODY came close. Call Bill Cook at LOC in Brighton. If you don't you will probably pay more (every month) and you will have to work harder to navigate the process.
