Almost every time I go to branch in Fennville their systems are down or their atm is down and their is no email about it to notify anyone. Its starting to get aggravating tbh and if it continues I think I and lot of other people will start switching to a different bank. Sad to say since I've had my account their since they first opened... :/

Accounts are SO SECURE that I couldn't even spend MY OWN money......not even after going to the bank to ask why my card was shut down and explained that the purchase in question was in fact me, not even after spending the better half an hour on the phone explaining that yes it was me trying to purchase hot sauce online (as I do EVERY MONTH), not even after going to the bank a second time and being told that even tho they can see the charges somehow a new debit card is going to be the difference maker in the bank releasing my money as I have so ordered....nope still not letting me spend my own money.....ridiculous!!!

Great customer service! They were quick to resolve the issues that I had and answer questions. Would definitely recommend!

Called ahead and was told there was a coin machine. Walked in with my change and a lady that works there rudely said “we can’t help you there’s no coin machine here” Unprofessional

Closed every Saturday. Update your hours if you aren't going to be open.
