Fifth Third Bank & ATM, Fenton, MI

Every time I go to this branch in Fenton, Mi they are very slow. And I called to speak with someone and she was very RUDE, and short tempered, and acted like I was wasting her time and was not worth her breath of air. I have been with fifth third since they were Old Kent!!! So 30 years of loyalty and I get treated like I am a bother to them! Not the best bank!!!! Or at least not the best branch to go to!

This place is unbelievably slow. Even Without a line of people, you better get comfortable in the drive-thru, cause you will be there for a good 20 minutes. Plus you always get the impression that you are greatly inconveniencing them. I gotta use them for work but I’d sure never use them personally

Chris Palmer was fantastic today!! I had no idea I even had such cool options for my account but he walked me through them, did it for me quickly and efficiently, and made laugh in the process! He even got me a new card because I lost mine! 10/10 for Chris!

Worst bank around. I paid a bill and they double sent the payment, witch over drafted my account. When I called they said there was nothing they could do the payment had to be processed and then returned to me. They even charged me a over draft fee for it. The lady I talk to on the phone about it was rude and could not have cared less. Credit union here I come. Oh and there monthly and atm fees are outrageous. AVOID‼️

Treated well and with courtesy. Odd how the reviews have no in between. Just because they didn't give the answer you wanted, doesn't mean they weren't trying to help.

Fraud protection is good, but cancelling my debit card for weeks is unacceptable. After many calls, 2 weeks later I learn a new card was never ordered. Stranded without the ability to even buy gas. They don't care.

Been noodling around switching banks and decided I’d try Fifth Third. Started off with this branch not having enough cash for my $4000 withdrawal, only could give me $1000. Now I have a fraudulent charge on the account from my debit card that’s never been activated and is still sealed in the envelope. Thankful I didn’t switch over all my accounts yet.
