Had a great experience with Amy for many years. Recently worked with Sandy, with many issues. Wouldn't recommend working with her if you don't have the patience.

I just want to thank Amy Breckel for all she has done for my family and I. She treated us like an actual human being and cared so much and did all she could for us to get a loan. I’ve gone through banks before and the loan officers were rude and disrespectful and didn’t care if we were approved or not. But Amy she’s a fighter! She was awesome! There are not many of those type of people out there. So thank you Amy for all your hard work! And dedication!

I bought a vehicle recently from Fox Motors. They showed the rates of all the local credit unions and Forest Area had the lowest 3.1%. A couple days after the transaction was finalized I received a call from Kyle Zemsta that works for FACU that I was being bumped up to 3.4%. I was confused by this and angered that even after finalization of my purchase Kyle wanted to hustle me for .3%? I would not recommend banking or taking out loans with an institution that fuses over .3%

Okay so the manton ladies are so polite and nice verry good service…..on the other hand with Manton some are rude and slow over all a good bank tho

Been good up till recently 90 degrees outside sit in the drivethrou for ten minutes ,well multiple people went thru on the inside,then just a few days ago 3 cars at Manton one at drivethrou after 5 minutes just went to money machine left ,so much after ten minutes just to get forty bucks of my money how bout anything after five we get 5 bucks and so on step it up ,we love local but love us back!!!

The entire staff are the friendliest and always very helpful and knowledgeable with any questions you have about your account. They are the best credit union I have ever banked with this far. Thank you FACU of Fife lake for all your hard work 😊 …

I was opening up a new business along with a new checking account for it. I was figuring it would be complicated and require some time but that wasn't the case at all. I was taken care of very quickly and was even introduced to employees that may have an interest in my new business venture. The people are beyond friendly and the building is beautiful. Definitely a gem in Fife Lake. I highly recommend this place. 👌
