If I could give negative starts I would!!! They have been harassing me via phone calls and mail for 6 months accusing me of not paying my bill and every month I prove in my bank statement I have paid and they just say oh I see it now. They are CROOKS!!!! Nasty pieces of stealing lying garbage! Lawsuit! Also they want to call you and then hang up on you when you don’t want to repeat the phone number they called…rudest company ever!!

After working with them for a month on a refinance, everything shut down from covid-19. All my paperwork checked out and the underwriter just needed to sign the documents. They told me my job was UNESSENTIAL and could not refinance. My work hasn't shut down a single day of this pandemic. I ALREADY had a mortgage with them. How hard would it be to finish the paperwork and ENSURE they would get their money with giving me a lower rate. You'd think in a day and age like this that some one would be more caring and understanding. All they care about is money. Whatever happened to real underwriting? Don't give these poor excuses of underwriters a darn cent of your money.

horrible customer service. very disappointed. disconnected several times and concerns never addressed. the employees need better customer service training.

They are not Amerihome anymore. Been sold twice. Rude customer service and poor service.

Currently at 30+ minutes on hold for the 2nd time this week. Yikes.

Worst service ever! They even made our payment $400 higher than it was. They’re rude on customer service, they told us they’d send a letter with important information…never received. Don’t deal with these people. Bad bad bad bad bad.

They mess up your loan then blame you for it. Do Not Get a loan through them, unfortunately mine was sold to them. THEY GIVE YOU THE WRONG INFORMATION SO THAT YOU WILL BE BEHIND. THEN CHARGE YOU MORE. THEY DO NOT WANT TO HELP YOU THEY JUST WANT TO BE GREEDY. NO HELP
