It may be too long to explain. In short call my local Dort on Hill Rd 8/5 in regards to a personal loan. I was transferred I thought to a loan officer. I spoke with Andy who took my loan application we discussed options gave my social and additional information. He put me on hold came back with an approval from the underwriter. Said I get a call on Monday to review and sign documents electronically. That did not happen. I called again the Hill Rd branch Later in the day to be told that it takes 24 to 48 hours to hear anything. I went to the Hill branch myself to find out what was going on. That is when I finally spoke to someone who knew what they were doing! Lynn Churchill was amazing! She got everything worked out for me, I signed for my loan and a refi. I Would have given a five star if I would have dealt with Lynn from the beginning!

Lynn Churchill is a awesome person. I have been knowing her for 26years from Michigan Federal up until now! Her customer service is amazing. She treats me like family. I give her 10 stars ⭐️!

I have been banking with Dort Financial Credit Union for over 20 years. They have handled my mortgage and 5 different car loans over that time. I have always been please with their competive rates, friendly staff and short wait times. There have been a couple of times where my debit or credit cards were compromised, they are able to reprint cards on site removing the long delay of waiting for them to arrive in the mail which is a huge convenience. If your not happy with your bank/credit union Dort Financial Credit Union deserves a look.

The last few times I had to speak with someone other than a teller were both when I had very significant personal/banking issues. The first was after my mother passed away and I was overwhelmed with taking care of all of the business regarding her affairs. Lynn Churchill assisted me with not only the utmost professionalism but also with compassion and patience during the difficult time of having to take care of business while grieving. At a later date I was dealing with a banking issue concerning the small business that I own and the IRS . Again I was lucky enough to be waited on by Lynn. She patiently listened to what my issues were and she went out of her way to do everything to help and helped me resolved my issue. All of my accounts are with DF and I had been considering if my business banking should be handled by a bank rather than a credit union, after discussing several different services, options and benefits I was fully informed and left feeling satisfied with my decision to continue to do all of my banking, business included, with DF. Lynn provides the kind of customer service that has made me stay with them for almost 30 years. She is an awesome employee.
