Dort Financial Credit Union, Flint, MI

I signed up with Dort Federal over a month ago and it's probably the best financial decisions I've made in a long time! Someone told me to sign up to help my credit so I did and I met Kristen and she got me through the process and even helped me apply for a consolidation loan which I got approved! She was extremely professional, kind, and helpful! I've never been treated so well by a financial institution before! Personally I had some bills to pay off plus I had some dentures I needed to get now I'm able to afford them and get my smile back and show them off to Dort Federal. The manager Lisa and her staff were great as well! I highly recommend Dort Federal to anyone looking for financial relief. Oh and by the way, thanks for the coffee!

We went to the Davison Road branch and Kristen was really helpful. We had a few things to adjust on our account and she was courteous, knowledgeable, and took care of everything. They even brought our kids some suckers. Excellent customer care.

ALWAYS have issues at this branch. I've finally learned just not to go to this location. Mortgage payment issue I have every single time here I NEVER have at the Davison location. It was the 13th and I was trying to pay my mortgage, statement CLEARLY says late fee DOES NOT apply until after the 16th. They refused my payment and said I must pay the late fee or they couldn't accept payment at all. Literally drove 15 minutes to Davison and had no issue. Told them about my experience at this location and they said they were completely wrong and apologized for their stupidity.

I had Kristen Wise at the dort/Davison rd location. And I am not sure who the lady up front was but she got me in sooner than my appointment I was so worried about my account and wanting to close it. Because over $1000 went missing, Kristen had my $1000 from PayPal back with a quick phone call and had made sure she answered all my questions and spent time w me on the app to help make sure I knew I was doing everything right and wouldn’t have any issues. Super nice experience and I will be forever greateful to bank w DFCU for the past 4+ years

I came in on August 16th regarding a business matter and June was very knowledgeable about letting me know about the services that I could apply for. I was in a discouraging mode and she told me try it you never know. I was approved to lower my APR on a loan I had somewhere else. Thanks June for ok pushing me to try.

Sharonda at teller Window is the most pleasant person ever! She most definitely lifted she’d be great in hospitality because she has a southern vibe about herself. Felt like I was checking in to a resort lol!

Maria from the front desk at the Davison Road location was very nice and courteous and reverse to fees for me that I need it and I am very thankful she should be rewarded.
