Just needed a balance transfer. Young lady told me I would need a loan officer. Which maybe? But I already have a credit card with them. Went to another location and weird, didn’t require a loan officer to do the balance transfer. The woman was nice and I’m sure it wasn’t her fault. But very inconvenient.

Great experience. Did exactly as they said they would do. Jay helped me out and was professional. The wait time was longer than anticipated, however it looked like the banker was on lunch when I arrived. I like that I wasn't pitched more products that I didn't want and wasn't forced to take extra paper waste. I like the location and the building is beautiful inside.

Very unprofessional and uncomfortable. They never greeted me, was counting a large amount of money right in the front and no one wanted to stop their conversation between the three of them to service me. The location is convenient but I won't be back.

The service I received with the representative Jay were the best I've ever received in banking in my 30 years of banking. He was very knowledgeable about the specifics of elga's online banking app and how to fix issues that baffled me.I hope to see him in an executive position one day in the company they need to keep him around.
