ELGA Credit Union Flint, Flint, MI

ELGA is the best bank! They have tons of reasons to not let me come back as a customer and did so. I will never bank anywhere else. I have also just gotten a vehicle loan through ELGA with a great interest rate. The gentleman I worked with was awesome! He was there every step of the way and was quick to make changes to the loan when requested. I strongly recommend ELGA for all of your banking needs.

If you are paranoid of loosing access to your account when needed, this is not the bank for you. I have had 3 different occasions where every branch in the area was down with no customer support and no solution. Very scary stuff.

Elga Credit Union is exceptional. Many locations to serve their members, live teller ATM, live chat feature on the app, mobile banking and the best point system to redeem for gift cards or other needs. Elga also has very low rates for overdraft and their team members are the very BEST. Also, I would like to point out that Elga really has my back! One time I did something very out of the ordinary and my card was very temporarily turned off. I immediately received a call or text I'm not sure which, but I was put on the phone with someone from Elga. I verified myself and while it could be seen as an inconvenience to some, it took literally under about 7 minutes from the time I was trying to use my card until I spoke to a rep and had it turned back on. That really made me feel good that my money is safe! I've NEVER had a financial institution do anything like that and I was glad they did! Especially since it was cleared up immediately. I've had nothing but positive experiences with Elga and I highly suggest them to everyone. Also, I like that because Elga is a credit union, members have a say in what goes on. Couldn't be happier, been with them for years!

Elga is top of the line in my book I would give them a 10 the service is great the people treat you very polite it doesn’t matter if you have a hundred dollar account or 10,000 your treated with respect and kindness thanks Elga.

Darold is an amazing loan officer definitely made my purchase easy and simple! Answered all of my questions and concerns! If I could give a 5 star rating I would! Will definitely use Elga again for any future needs! Love my new car!!!❤️

If I could leave negative stars I would. Recently tried buying myself out of my lease. It took 4 days for me to hear anything. Then I get sent to a third party (originally chose elga because I've banked here for over half my life) anyway they tell me my payoff. After crunching numbers they want to charge me for the remaining interest on the lease. That's something I'd expect from a bank not a credit union. Once this lease is up. I'm withdrawing my funds and never coming back.

I Love Elga. That's why I was disappointed when I called and was kept on hold until 5o'clock. Then the phone hung up. Of course when I called back, their was no one to take my call. Customer service is not what it used to be.
