Lisa Kent was seriously so great to work with! She was always on top of letting me know if I needed to get something over to her or what the status of getting approved was. She followed up with me dang near every day during the closing process and was there to answer questions the day of the signing. Would no doubt recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!

Tyler was fantastic from the moment we were referred to him. The products he uses throughout the mortgage process are simple and intuitive. Our Realtor kept raving about Tyler, mentioning he was one of the best she had worked with. We could text even our most basic (maybe even borderline stupid) questions to him and he never talked down to us. He made sure we understood the process every step of the way. We took out a small mortgage with Icon this summer. Jamie was disorganized, communication was poor and rates and fees kept creeping up. Not to recommend.

Make sure you do your research and trust who you are working with. Terrible experience as a first time buyer. Make sure you take a class and don’t count on the loan officer to have your best interests at heart. 0/10 do not recommend.
