I mainly work with Tyler, and if you can I highly highly recommend him. He knows his stuff and he does everything he can to help. Overall One Main has been extremely wonderful. The interest rates are higher but that's for obvious reason. They are there when you need them when everyone else has been a let down.

Tyler was prompt, thorough, cordial explained all the details in a simplified manner and also I made me feel comfortable about having to put a lien on my vehicle.

I have been a happy One Main customer for years. I worked with a wonderful gentleman who was always a pleasure to speak to regardless of the topic. Unfortunately I can't recall his name. Recently I called One Main to pursue their assistance in another matter and the representative I worked with was far less than pleasant. She was short. Cut me off when speaking and not very forthcoming with knowledge on any options. I believe One Main went through a management change recently. If this behaviour is a result of that change, it is very disappointing.
