Everyone there is friendly and helpful especially the loan and loss prevention departments. Even with a moderate credit score I was treated fairly and quickly and got a very good rate.

Ive been with PFCU long before they were PFCU. They always answer my calls with a helpful tone and willingness to assist. Ive yet to have a bad experience with them. I recently contacted a loan agent and Dawn went above and beyond helping me. She was not only super nice and funny, but she also took the time to explain to me what I didn't understand and answer any questions without hesitation. Even though I live in PA now, I'm still going to stick with PFCU in Corunna/Durand/Flint MI as my credit union because of the amazing customer support and low interest deals.

Went here with a check written to this credit union and the minute this old Mexican lady saw me I knew she wasn't gonna help me she was in a bad mood and literally made up a reason not to cash my check I left and went to another PFCU not far away and I was in there for 5 minutes and they cashed my check no problem he really need something done don't go here they will go out of there way not to help you

They are very nice and help me with any questions i have its an easy process to get a loan if needed. the only reason i did not give 5 stars is i dont understand the app. I wish it was easier to understand
