A year ago I changed my banking to ELGA credit union and count this as a great decision. My banking needs are handled easily and effectively, but the best part is the personal service. It is so important to work with capable people who truly care. Very rare to find and so appreciated when you find it. For me, being able to talk face to face with someone I trust is most important.

My experience with ELGA credit union is very personable, I am treated like family, not a stranger. In fact, some staff will even address me by name, this makes me feel very welcomed.

ELGA was recommended by a friend and I have been exceptionally satisfied with the products and all of the staff. The staff has always been very helpful and professional whether in person or on the phone. I came from another CU because the interest rates and products were so much better.

I've been with Elga for years now I have been getting withdrawals from other companies that are not on my account.This has happened several times and I am tired of having to get a new debit card every time.
