Laurie was phenomenal. I had a short term crisis situation. She responded swiftly, professionally. Made the whole process less stressful. Fort Gratiot made an excellent choice in hiring this young lady. I was there for a little over an hour. It was the day after a federal holiday and all tge banks were closed. She was alone in the office and answered at least 5 calls during that time answering each with the same courtesy and professionalism as the one before and it was 5pm on a Monday! KUDOS to OneMain Financial! You better give her a raise!!

I would give this place a 0 if I could. My handicapped mother was approved for a loan on a Thursday. I called that same day within a hour, and again before 5pm that day to get the details. I made 2 calls on Friday, left messages, and Never got a call back. On Monday morning at 9:30am I called again, no answer, just a machine. The car was sold to someone else, the dealer said he thought he would have heard from me that day, and he would have. Poor customer service, and judging from some of the other recent reviews, it seems to be the norm. Rediculous!! They blew it for us.

The girls at the local branch in Fort Gratiot, Mi were amazing. They were quick and got the job done sooner than expected. Will definitely consider doing future business with them.
