They never answer the phone in any department until after your on hold for more then 15 minutes at a time just excessive for customer service .

I walked up to the counter, the teller greeted me , I completed my transaction, the teller was courteous, respectful, and very proficient. The day before was my Birthday and the teller wished me a Happy Birthday and was very pleasant throughout my whole visit to the Freeland!

I left a different credit union in Midland because the service was getting very slow, this has been a good move for us, we're happy with this place.
