They never answer the phone in any department until after your on hold for more then 15 minutes at a time just excessive for customer service .

I love this bank! Their CD rates are always the best and the employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to make sure I’m completely satisfied with all my banking transactions.

I walked up to the counter, the teller greeted me , I completed my transaction, the teller was courteous, respectful, and very proficient. The day before was my Birthday and the teller wished me a Happy Birthday and was very pleasant throughout my whole visit to the Freeland!
