Okay people, they do not answer the main phone, goes to general mailbox. Unless you want to email or wait for a response, I would not bank here.

I've been a member of this Credit Union all of my life. Since 1994 I've had a savings account, and since 2012 I have had a checking account. They have always treated me well and been respectful. This is the kind of place you can go to get a check cashed and you'll be recognized by your face and greeted. Covid has really messed up business there; the hours are reduced, and the staff headcount is too, but they still do a great job. It seems to me that people working here don't hate their job, as there is always service with a smile. I can easily recommend anyone in the area to open up an account here.

Necole has literally the worst customer service I've ever encountered at a bank in my entire life. I have never seen anyone so irritated at the idea of performing the tasks of their own actual job and offer the least amount of help possible. Condescending and petty. Highly do not recommend.

Fast, friendly, reliable. Awakon is a great bank. Always greeted by my first name and never have to wait more than a couple minutes for a teller. They can write loans quickly, and have very reasonable rates. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend friends or family there. Thank you for an awesome experience every time I walk in the door!

Very poor. Awakon informed me that they would charge a $50 a month inactivity fee on my savings account. I told them I felt this was a poor business practice and their reply was very rude and incorrect. Awakon bake tell said it was federal law that they must charge me. I tried to argue and say it might be your policy and it’s federal law to follow your policy but that it is not federal law to charge people. Very rude and uniformed.

I want to give a shout out to Mel at Awakon for her amazing customer service and kindness! I am more than thankful to be able to call her and always get an answer, a phone call or email right back. Horrible website UI, and charges a $10 fee every time I pay for my loan over the phone. Why? Who mails checks anymore, this is 2023, we have the Internet for a reason.

meanest tellers i have EVER worked with. i regret every time i have to go in. it’s a sister bank to mine. today i had the displeasure of being waited on my Melody. 10/10 do not recommend this bank.
